Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Simulation for a 3G Head Phantom

This application note simulates a 2.66 GHz 3G antenna next to a numerical human head model in EMWorks. It computes Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) from electric field data, evaluates field distribution inside head tissues, and checks antenna matching to help assess compliance with exposure guidelines and support safe cellular device design.
