I am a Research Scientist for an International manufacturing corporation, world leader in the Aluminium tubes manufacturing. Using EMS we were able to do electromagnetic and thermal analysis of novel induction heating tool prototypes, employed in the manufacturing of high frequency welded tubes. The simulations were able to closely resemble induction heating phenomena observed during production and allowed us to forecast benefits and limitations of alternative prototype designs that we were planning to implement in our lines.
The EMWorks engineers were not only very collaborative and available, but have offered great consulting support, building the models and running all required simulation scenarios, as well as preparing final reports, delivering a summary of the work results and the fine-tuned 3D models. I appreciate all the help and support from EMWorks, and I will recommend EMS to colleagues of my team specialized in FEA, as this would be a precious tool to have in-house.

EMS has enabled me to do an initial validation of a new derivative motor topology. The support I have received has been great and EMWorks has helped me progress.
For those who are looking for a full featured 3d topology electromagnetic test and great support, I think EMWorks is an excellent pick. They are only improving in terms of features so no complaints there either.

My greatest appreciation for the software lies in its integration with SolidWorks and the abundance of tutorials available. The team was consistently available to answer questions, making working on my final year capstone project much easier than it would have been otherwise. I utilized EMS for magnetic gearbox simulations, which allowed for repeated iterations, saving my team from manufacturing new prototypes repeatedly and hence minimizing research costs. Overall, they are a great team with great software.

EMWorks was very useful in the design and simulation of the design of my theoretical axial flux motor. The integration within the Solidworks framework makes it incredibly easy to use as well as allowed me to quickly iterate the design. I used EMWorks to evaluate different configurations of the halbach array on the rotor, as well as various different configurations of the coil windings.
