Rectangular spiral antenna embedded in skin–fat–muscle layers operating from 390 to 410 MHz with a maximum SAR of 0.07 W/kg at 5 mW. Parametric results show how spiral length and superstrate thickness/material tune the resonant frequency and bandwidth.
